About

Built by people who had to run the community first

ConnexOS exists because the software needed to run a membership organisation properly did not. So we built it, in production, against a real membership base with real money moving through it.

Our mission

To help communities thrive, and to make collaboration between their members happen more often and matter more.

Our vision

A future where every community reaches its full potential through the relationships inside it.

Where ConnexOS came from

ConnexOS grew out of the combined experience of Precision Labs and Prosper. One side had spent years building enterprise systems. The other was running a business membership club and hitting the wall every membership organisation hits: a stack of tools that each did part of the job, none of which knew what the others knew.

So it was built the awkward way round. Not as a product looking for a market, but as the system one organisation needed, in live production with real members, real invoices and real regulatory obligations. Prosper² runs on it today.

That is why the parts most platforms leave until last were built first. Billing, vetting, commission and ownership transfer are not optional when a real membership organisation depends on them.
