2. Using this site

You may read this site and share links to it. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated means to extract content from it at a volume that affects its availability for others.

3. The content here is informational

Descriptions of ConnexOS on this site are provided to help you decide whether to talk to us. They are not an offer, a warranty, or a specification. What we contract to deliver is set out in the agreement we sign with a customer, and that agreement takes precedence over anything stated here.

The platform is modular and continues to develop. The capabilities included for any particular customer, and the timing of their delivery, are agreed in writing.

Where you connect an account you hold on another platform, such as a LinkedIn Page, a Google Business Profile or a Facebook Page, what we access and what we do with it is set out in section 5 of our privacy policy, and you can withdraw the connection at any time.

Any industry benchmarks or sector statistics quoted on this site are published third-party figures, given as context. They are not results produced by ConnexOS and they are not a prediction of what your organisation will achieve.

The content, design and code of this site belong to ConnexOS Solutions Limitedor to our licensors. “ConnexOS” is a registered trade mark of Chapel Tech Limited, UK00004216734. Other names and marks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

5. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content.

6. Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site or in ConnexOS, tell us at dev@connexos.com. We will acknowledge you, investigate, and keep you informed. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction.
